An evocative mise-en-scène of designer fashion, housed in the splendid invaded area of the Teatro Farnese, a surviving example of 17th-century theatre architecture: the comparison between art and architecture is the combination that characterises the entire exhibition.
The fan of a dress defines the planimetric composition of the installation: the narration runs along a metaphorical via Emilia that from the exedra invites you to climb onto the platform, to reach the stage on which the actors, the 12 dresses made for the Venice Biennale, perform their work.
A joyful crowd of dresses freely arranged on the steps colours and occupies the theatre, in a silent and composed contemplation of the performance.
